Fully Managed IT Services for your Business

Pay-As-You-Go Model

Our IT Support Services operate under the Pay-As-You-Go model. This means that you only pay for the support you use. We don’t have any minimum spends or any retainers for our IT Support. You can use as little or as much support as you need to suit your business needs.

We can operate as your dedicated IT department, an available service to your current IT team or as a resource to be utilised occasionally as the need arises.

Remote IT Support

Our IT Support Helpdesk, based in our Lancaster Office, are on hand to fix your IT problems. Our remote services are available by email or telephone where you will speak directly with an experienced IT Technician. Our services are designed to fulfil the role of a dedicated IT department.

We have a small, dedicated, team meaning it will always be a friendly and familiar voice on the end of the phone.

Our IT Support Technicians can remotely connect to your computer to ensure a swift resolution for your issues. We’ll always do this with your permission through a secure and reliable platform to protect your business.

On-Site IT Support

Based in the heart of Lancashire, our engineers are never too far! We can arrange site visits at your convenience when needed to resolve problems in person. We can also organise sessions to be available at your place of work for a true on-site IT presence.

In the event of an outage or IT disaster, we aim to mobilise within 2 hours of identifying a problem. This means our IT Support Technicians can work to minimise disruption to your business and get you running as fast as possible.

Pro-Active Monitoring

Our IT Helpdesk has a direct feed from our monitoring platforms. Our monitoring services for your PC’s, Servers, network equipment and cloud environments all communicate with our Helpdesk to ensure alerts are raised and handled. This often means we can resolve problems before you even notice them!

Our Support Technicians can also proactively identify and work to resolve problems with hardware. This means a technician can identify a likely point of failure and work to avoid a system failure, keeping your business running without interruption.

Our Remote Monitoring and Management platform can also work to remotely apply updates and fixes to your systems, ensuring your IT environment is always up to date and secure.
